A head tilted in contemplation as the terrifying sight stared back from the curve of a warped mirror and Tatsu had to chuckle and how completely deranged he looked. The mottled blue, purple and black from the bruises on his neck…a necklace looking very much like fingerprints morphed and crawled over his face due to [...]
Snatching up another jumper and pulling it on, taking a deep breath and smiling because it smelt like Kippei, even if it was three sizes too big, Shinji turned around, grabbed Kippei’s hand and started walking downstairs. Amused, and liking the sight of Shinji wearing his clothes, Kippei followed him, wondering what he was up [...]

If was funny really…it that strange sort of disconnected way that he’d started viewing things lately…to be standing outside of the Tachibana household and looking up at Kippei’s window without a single notion of actually going inside. He could hear music from the stereo, not as loud as he thought it would be playing but [...]

Kippei: [Tatsu still hadn't called, and Kippei didn't know for sure why he hadn't come back yet, but Tatsu had been gone too long already. It was time to at least find out what had happened--worried, he called Tatsu's number.] *rrrring*
It was cold. Even inside it was cold! Of course, that might have something to do with the fact he was standing next to a freezer full of ice cream and the like but that really wasn’t the point. It was not supposed to be cold, especially when he was so tired he thought he [...]
It was cold. Shinji scowled at the grey sky and willed it to turn blue to no avail. He figured it was fitting, it suited…everything. Hell, it wouldn’t really surprise him if the sky suddenly fell down, not that that was possible but that wasn’t the point. Grumbling softly, Shinji stomped his way up to [...]

The froth, a sickeningly shade of pink swirled around and around the top of the glass as Tatsu stirred the milkshake aimlessly with his straw. It was the bendy kind, white with pale blue stripes and he watched the pink fluff trickle down the stripy plastic as he lifted the straw out of the glass. [...]
Sakuno stopped just outside Inui’s door. She was *positive* it was his, she’d double checked the directions and everything. She tried not to be slightly nervous, smoothed down her shirt, took a deep breath, and knocked smartly on the door.
Inui had to stop entering notes to get the door unlocked; it was inconvenient. He slipped into his apartment quietly. Perhaps his guest was asleep. Shoes in the entry way, bag on the table, keys in the bag, and he noticed something he’d forgotten. He took out the gardenia and held it, thoughtfully.
